Shipping Policy

Within this policy, we ship exclusively within the United States, with no standard-shipping charge on any U.S. order. A tracking number is issued when the parcel leaves fulfillment.

To make the process transparent, allow 1-2 business days for processing before carrier handoff; weekends and U.S. public holidays are not business days. The estimated shipping journey after handoff is 4-6 business days.

For consistent order handling, the shipment notice and tracking link use the contact details entered at checkout. A correct and complete destination is the customer's responsibility; prompt correction requests are welcome but may be too late once fulfillment is underway.

To explain the outcome directly, quoted timing may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruption, seasonal volume, an address exception, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

For dependable support, cancellation is available before shipment; a dispatched purchase is handled under the Refund Policy. Taxes are collected when applicable law requires them.
