Customers must provide accurate order, billing, delivery, and contact information and may use the site only lawfully.

To state the rule precisely, the available market is the United States, where every order has free standard delivery and tracking. Fulfillment preparation takes 1-2 business days and estimated carrier movement takes 4-6 business days after shipment; timing may vary.

To avoid uncertainty, a no-reason return or exchange may be requested for 30 days after delivery, with approved return shipping paid by the store for both preference-based and quality-related requests. Approved refunds generally post within 5-10 business days. Custom products, clearance/Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded from no-reason returns, without limiting rights for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing goods.
